HABIT FORMING OK - so today when walking Heinze over the hills, I realized that just getting out of the house has a sort of magical affect on me - within minutes I forget my problems. How important could my problems be if I forget them in a matter of minutes? It takes 14 days, they say, to make an activity a habit.  Leaving the house every morning 60 minutes after getting up would be a good habit to perfect. Then I could stop having problems earlier in the day:) I have to sign off now so that I can get to bed before I have to get up and out! Night  P.S.  My second property notice is done:)

YAY!! That\'s a great thing to do!! Not only do you get the excersize but the peace that nature brings..you know it has been provenb that the sun releses some chemical in your brain that makes you happy? A recent study involving people with deppression and bipolar were exposed to 10 minutes of sunlight everyday for two weeks,ALL of the participants either were cured of deppression or showed dramatic improvement!! I totlally can see that. I always feel better in the sun!

I thought I had to spend hours in the sun to treat my depression - wow - if it only takes 10 minutes - well - I\'ll definitely start that first thing in the morning. Thanks Jaime. And thanks you guys for commenting.

Sometimes, just changing the environment can work wonders.

The first step out the door is the hardest, sometimes taking hours avoiding is worse than the first step.
Sleep well, enjoy your walk.
love you.
