No water for me:) I was watering my land to make it easier to put the new stakes into the ground.  I live in a town that has a water shortage.  The water agency called me because they had a complaint from a neighbor, stating that I was wasting water on a vacant lot - by watering for 2 hours.  The water was on for 30 minutes - tops - and it is my land - not a vacant lot. Apparently these people are as intent on stealing my property as I am intent on claiming my property.  What a bunch of frauds and thieves.  Apparently everyone has a price - and will defraud others if the $$$$ is high enough. Wow.....
