This is one of the benches, along our walks, for sitting and watching the sun go down. Heinze is there too in his never-ending search for the perfect gopher:) Beautiful scenery. I'll be back - I have to think for awhile.
I need your gopher dog. they are running wild here. We have the lighthouse field 1 block from here. i swear all the gophers traveled to my house when they tilled the weeds there.. have a good thinking time Love D

Thinking is good, journaling on paper with pen can also be helpful get it all out on paper you can go over it without the brain fog, you can also see irrational and reality on paper.
