Ok - now since sending all information to all parties that may be cooperating with this powerful, wealthy criminal GRH - 2 county employees have confirmed that the pourported road that magically appeared half way through escrow, running through the back end of my property taking 3600 square feet of property  - ends before it reaches my property.  YES!!!   In early January I had sent a copy of two overhead maps (taken from the air ) that were obtained from exceedingly reliable sources - and they clearly showed that the road DID end where I was claiming it ended - and that it did not run through my lot - taking up 3600 square feet of my land.  There's just so much they can fool with - bless the county.....  I mean who ever heard of a government employee cooperating with corruption?  They should have covered their tracks better.  Months ago the county said they owned this land - then the lady next door said she owned it - then they tried to site me for building a retaining wall on county right of way (same property)- now they  just want something done to an entirely different wall - NOTHING is a paroblem with who owns the property = WOW - WOW - WOW.  It just goes to show you that threatening people with criminal investigation while pointing out the obvious - has its place in the world when they are trying to screw you over.  I also recenty sent the supervisor of our area a letter about the stolen Grant Deed and Title Insurance Policy - advising him that who ever showed up at the county offices with those documents  - is the party that stole them - my sense is that this information was also helpful to the new attitude.  YES YES YES!  Thank you for your support - still getting security stuff in line but it has advanced considerably.  I uploaded some photos of Heinze - since Lacey died Ive been comforting him just a bit too much with sweets.  He is usually very svelt - but right now he's a little bit chubby.  But oh so sweet and such a good boy - he looks like a very strong shepherd that one would not want to tangle with - which is a good thing.  He is, however, my sweet Heinze.  Thanks you guys - when I first came onto DS - I was folding - I really was.  I was doubting myself - my rights - everything about me - I was doubting.  If it had not been for you cheering me on - I would have folded and let them walk over me - I think.  I could hardly move anymore.  My confusion was so extreme that I could not focus - and look what is happening now.  If they want my land - to create a development that clearly involves two exceedingly large developments - using my land as a connection - well they're going to have to come up with a lot of money - they don't get to just take my land.  Yayayyyyy!!!! If they do come up with a 6 figure amout - it's on me - we'll all meet somewhere - :):)  Somehow I doubt they will - but you never know.
