MY FRIENDS ARE SO IMPORTANT I have gone back and read the comments my friends (you) have left on my journal - and I am so grateful - I'm finding myself again. I knew I was still here somewhere but I was very scared that I might not come back. You are giving me myself back. I cannot tell you what this means. I used to enjoy me but that was a few years ago. All I can be here is me - that's all I know how to do - that's all I've ever known how to do. Sometimes I have felt that I should be more clever - more aware - more educated, more something. What you are telling me is that you appreciate me just the way I am - you don't know how much that means to me. You don't know how special you are to me. My life is beginning to change and you are the reason. Ok I'm crying really hard right now. Ok I'm back. Wow - I had no idea of what I was in for when I stumbled upon this site - looking for Barry Gibb no less - lolol. That makes me laugh - not that Barry Gibb is funny - - well... he is but - oh never mind:) I sure love my friends.

You feeling as though you need to a be a better person, that is your family talking to you and invalidating you. What they are saying is \"YOU are not good enough, and never will be\" You will spend your life trying to achieve their broken standards. They will never validate you or tell you when you have reached those standards they have placed on you.

Barry Gibb -- ohhhhhhhhh, yes, thought he was soooooo good looking when he was younger. Laughed at Oprah several years back when the Gibb brothers were on.......she literally swooned just being next to Barry -- it was soooooo cute!!

Am soooooo glad you are ordering the Mediations book......it\'s in it\'s 10th printing, so it MUST be good....I gave that book to many for Christmas, and keep ordering when others come to mind........
