I just wrote one of my nieces a letter, explaining to her what my mother wants to do or she already did(exclude me from her testament)  Cause she doesn't know if I'll lose my benefits.  I have talked to several attorneys and all they say is that I'll lose my medicaid, not my medicare or monthly check, but nothing in writing.  I don't know what to do anymore!  Love, Bonchi.
