I'm trying to fall asleep, but I haven't been succesful.  I can't get up in the morning, and I don't know how to fix my schedule.  Before I go to bed I take one Benadryl and Ambien, I also have to take Xanax.   My mother thinks I'm taking too many medications at night, but I am bipolar and need to rest. Otherwise I can go manic.  I don't Know if it has happened to any of you to stop sleeping and become manic.  Oh, well, I guess I will try again, at least to rest a little bit.
