I don't feel my mother is being fair to me.  The problem is that I am disabled, she is leaving an inheratance to my two sisters and my son,  I'm not included and I feel left out.  She says that she is afraid I might loose my benefits if she leaves me anything at all.  I have talked to several people about it, including an attorney and he doesn' seem to think that my benefits will be affected.  It's not that I'm interested in my mother's money, but I don't think what's happening is fair at all.  Love, Bonchi.
