16% Wednesday

What a shocker!!!!
Started at about 8am and finished up at 10pm.
Constant over that whole period. Wasn't a terribly violent episode but was kind of annoying after the great fortnight that I have had. Rather than be too disappointed about the 1 bad day I am still grateful for the excellent 2 weeks.
 
Back on track today so thats good as well.
