16 weeks

Tomorrow is the 16 week mark since my beloved passed.  Today is the 16 week mark since we said goodbye.  I had an unusually good day yesterday and even went to an exercise class.  Today I woke up feeling like everything had just happened and I've been falling apart. I'm paralyzed.  i think I was doing much better at the 12 week mark.  It's discouraging to be going backwards and not forward.  A little frightening too.
