Don\'t know what to say. You know it doesn\'t help you with your anxiety and depression problems. But, I must say that you have to go through all those feelings till you get used to his lost. Think that he still loves you. Hang in there.
It is hard to find peace in the turmoil of guilt, anger, sadness, and complete and utter despair. But we both have to find a way to ensure that what has happened doesn\'t claim another life. Be proud of who you are, and recoginise that a lot of who you are comes from your parents. Irrelevant of what went wrong, nothing can change that you represent the good and beauty of your Dad. We have to find a way to pay tribute to our parents that have gone :(
