well i relapse ,,,on a glass of wine....after one year being clean this is what i relapse on,,,what a joke,,,but oh well,,,,im back on track nowand i know my relapse mode was on long before i had a drink,,,,,i knwo what i do wrong to get that way,,,attention from man is one of my carater defect,,,,,,,,,,,,,not going to meeting willget you there too,,,,,,,,,putting up with a active addict in my life i need to cut him off too ........oh boy i have lots of work to do to get back where i was ,,,,,i know i can do it again ,,,,i have never wanted somehting this bad before ,,,,,,,thank you for the poeple that has been supposrt me on here and thank you zak for sending me that hug it meant alot to me ,,,,missing talking to y ,,,bye bye nancy

dont beat yourself up about, we have all been there.... glad you are back on track now :) I know ive got a long way to go too. Today I have 7 days sober and thats the longest I have had for AGES but im getting to a meeting every day and just taking it one minute at a time (((hugs))) love from Kat
