So, life goes on. Fibromyalgia may be a part of my life, but it is not going to be the only thing in my life. I didn't let the bipolar take over, so why should I give Fibro that chance? We joined the Y, and if we could just get life to slow down for half a second, maybe I could go get in the water or the sauna...
Timmy, my 9 year old, is having a bad time due to his Zoloft. His mania manifests as anger, anxiety, and aggressive tendencies like yelling. Not good. So we are starting to wean him off...a two-week process; then we will see what we can do from there.
Hubby's car officially died. Now is not a good time to buy a new one, but what can you do? So, another bill. Don't know how far I can make this budget stretch.
On the positive side, my friend moved in, and will be helping me out around the house. It is good timing since I will start spinal injections soon, and they put me out of commission for a couple of days per shot. She also supplies us with laughter and K-cups.
Also, I got to work a two-hour shift today and it was awesome. I was worried I would not be able to do it, but it was great. I held babies, played with playdoh, changed diapers, the works. It was a blast! And I will get to work each Thursday for at least the next few weeks. Every little bit helps.
My craft fair is next weekend and I am crafting away. It is very relaxing for me. And tonight my hubby and I are going out on a date to eat supper. So, things are ok right now. The good and bad are balanced.
Hugs and love to all of my friends here.
