Oh I am so anxious now, and encouraged last few days knowing I am approved for a refinance loan on my place.  An appraiser is coming on THurs morning.  It gives me some hope I can make it on my own.  I still do not want to but need to feel calmer about whether I can. 
I still have to get my attorney to get the property put in my name only, that still is waiting for your sons to sign the TEDRA agreement so Roger if you have any cloat or pull up there please push them to do it soon so this is not held up.
