I refuse to let depression beat meI defy that which would kill me slowlyFrom the ashes I shall riseto stare the Devil himself in the eyes. That is great! I know someone who believes that you have to get angry and channel that anger towards your depression. It could work for you. Just remember to always love yourself:)
