Again I got my booty moving today! I jumped on that bike of mine, and peddeled my butt off! Not literally, but close enough. I stepped on a scale, and I've lost 4 pounds in two days. Im so proud of myself, and I feel so awesome. No depression has come to my heart today, no sad thoughts have crossed my mind, exercise may be the key I need to recover. Exercise may be my self-therapy. I know this sounds strange, but Im serious. That first step was a beast!!!! But now that Im out there, and I'm putting forth the effort to make myself better by myself.. I really am better. Life is good. Exercise is good for me. Its a win win situation here.

I am happy that you had a breakthrough. Whenever you begin to doubt yourself, think of how great you felt when you made the effort to exercise. Let it be the know you hold onto at the end of your rope. Hey, I need to take my own advice. I need to ride my bike, too. I have to lose 50 pounds. You are encouraging me. Keep up the GREAT work. You are much GREATER than you may think. There is nothing in the world you can\'t do that is good for you. I am soooo happy you are at peace. God bless your heart.

Jenn, exercise actually causes the body to produce more of the feel good hormones plus the extra bonus of loosing 4 pounds WOW. I lost about 40 pounds and then put 12 back on. I need to get back to my diet on Mon. and get back to the gym. So keep on pedalling your butt off literally, it\'ll be gone in no time. Be well, Debbie
