< that is a sigh of relief folks. heres why:
Such a great day! I finally got myself out of the house, off of my ass, and into the sunshine for some exercise. A 4 mile bicycle ride is a damn good start no? I tested my limits, pushed them, then shredded them and went far beyond them. I'm so proud of myself, and look forward to doing it again. It's as if with each peddle-push I could feel my depression, stress, and worry leave my body. The farther I went, the better I felt because it was as if I could feel the extra weight I carry was melting off of me. I felt like I was instantly losing weight. I've known for awhile now that I needed to get out and exercise, and was always reluctant, but now that I have: I want more.
Today I feel pride and accomplishment.

Yeah, good for you. Exercise is wonderful and can make you feel so much better. I was exercising very regularly at the gym : bike and treadmill. Then I just stopped, not sure why. Well, I sort of do know why, I hate exercising unless it\'s a walk. I must get back into it as soon as I feel better. Be well, Debbie
Bravo! Bravo!! Bravo!!!
