Social media can be good or bad. I use social media so I can stay connected to friends and family. I have unfriended my guy cause I just couldn't handle seen his news feed but like a 16 yr old stalking an ex boyfriend I do look at his page once a while (I try not to) and I see his been hitting likes in this other female pics and making comments on how beautiful she is. My heart is broken and in little pieces, it should help me to move on, to realize he don't care about me anymore. It's my own fault for "looking", what you don't see can't hurt you. I shouldn't have look - it just made my day blah.

I am guilty of it too. It helped me to Block him completely, so I can\'t see his likes, I can\'t see his pictures, I can\'t see anything.
Guilty of this too. I did it more looking at phone records and how much she was texting boyfriend. I made myself stop because it was setting me back a lot. Totally block him for your sanity. The longer you go without contact the easier it will be.
Urgh!!!! I try not to - I usually don\'t to but my curiosity was bigger. I feel so much better when I don\'t look - when I don\'t know what is he doing.
