Another Day
Dearest,
I slashed my finger with the top from a can while doing the dishes last night. It hurt so much that I ran around in a circle for a while. Then I had to finish the dishes, no one to help out, so I did. Blood everywhere, I was surprised how fast the suds turned red. It still hurts.
I was doing pretty well today, got all the boxes down in the basement and dragged your work table out to the shed by myself. Sent out all the e-mails. While I was working on the e-mails Joe decided to play some Christmas songs on the radio. Karen Carpenter made me cry, she can sing the hell out of that song. I know what my problem is, I don't belong to anyone. And no one belongs to me. Well, I belong to you but you're gone away.
I think I'll write a letter to Santa this year. I know what I want!
We ran out of soy sauce, can you beleive it? After only ten years.
Till we meet again, Love you, your Ken
