day 4     did well yeterday, my daughter and granddaughter made me go out with them.  did me good,   bought a sorry card for my niece,  signed it so so so sorry, cant do more then that.   maybe one day i will tell her i wasnt well..........at night went to my sons football trophy nite, in a bar. had a diet coke, son was proud of me.
