Vacation is one week from today!!! I am going to use it as a time of purification--mind and especially body. I bought a cleanse yesterday I think I will start Monday, as it's for 3 weeks. The following week I will have a series of colonics and hopefully squeeze in a massage or 2. I really need this cleanse as my body seems to be working against me, or should I say I'm working against my body. I hope this will clear my mind as well and help me make some lifetime committments to help my body heal itself. God created my body and everything he created is "good and very good". I'm sure I'll be calling on Him a lot through this process. I'll let you know my progress.
