Update
Well after much soul searching I decided to get back with my ex. I honestly only broke up with him because my family didn't like it. I decided that I don't want him out of my life and having my life without him in it was killing me. We'll break up when we're ready, if ever but that is MY choice to make and I have to stop letting my family influence such important decisions.

we all have to make our own decisions but i can relate to family influences. when i finally started to make my own choices and stood my ground they began to respect me more and we got along better too. it\'s not easy but in time it will get better! good luck!
