Hello everyone, I'm back. My trip was amazing and educational, but, you guessed it, as soon as I got home, I was right back onto the chat rooms. But I'm going to be very busy with work over the next couple of weeks, so perhaps that will help me. Thanks to everyone who sent hugs and messages of support. It's good to know that I have friends here who understand my problem.

Hi Andy, so glad you had a great time and got home safely. Your addiction was calling you and when you got home it was too hard to resist. Being busy at work should help. I have been on the computer less than usual so am making tiny steps ahead here. Have a great day Andy. Glad you are back.
glad you had a good time. well, know you have us for support..it\'s hard to not get on the computer, and sometimes it seems like it\'s calling our names and taunting us....i don\'t spend anytime in chat rooms, but when i\'m bored i can spend way too much time on the internet and usually end up on sites that i would normally not have anything to do with.....prayers for the best for you and yours today and always!
