15 smoke free days 8-17-10 Greatful for DS!

I have to say that I have never made it this long smoke free! Its a blessing for a more meaningful healthy life which I have always wanted but I never even thought I was capable of acheiving it due to all my depression through the years. Its a one day at a time process! I am determined to stay on the right track! I love this support group and all the wonderful new friends I have here. Feeling blessed! Todays going to be a good day!
