Day One

So right before I started I just felt like I had to pull.  And I did :-( 
So day one was kinda tough.  Didn't take my medicine in the evening so I felt like I had to pull.  And I did, pull two.  That's ok,  I can't expect t stress over this everyday!  I love myself too much.
