It really is amazing the things you can accomplish with gods help.Im down to 165 as of today .Thats a loss of thirty pounds .Never thought I would see the day that I was able to do this .... Just 2 more to go to hit the goal . I think I even may start golfing again , which ,,,, will humble me quickly ,,,, but its a wonderful game ,,,that will drive me crazy . What a wonderful day .
