Update!

I guess I am writing to myself.  I do attend a group for support here  where I live.  If you guys have support groups near you, I would advise you to go!! It is very informative and you know their are people out there in the same boat as you are.  Today both by arms and legs have had pins and needles.  Sometime it goes accross by back between my shoulders!  Hope everyone is doing well!
