So the sinus infection has turned into the mother of all colds and even though that should be an improvement I am still exhausted, unfocused, unhappy and depressed.
I wish it was Spring. But I'm afraid for it to come because it would be crushing to see all the change around me and then feel none inside.

YOUR ARE IN MY PRAYERS DAILY!!!!!!!!! (((((((((((HUGS))))))))))
Hey girlfriend, sorry to hear that you are feeling so down. I\'ve been all but absent from here since I have been going into work 2 1/2 hours earlier than I had been. I consequently have no spare time in the evenings like I used to. I am always torn in March between dreading and looking forward to spring, so I know what you mean about comparing your inner state to the new growth in the outside world. I think that\'s why I\'m such an avid gardener: it gives me a purpose in the spring, whereas before I picked up this pasttime, spring was the most depressing time of year for me. But I\'m already planning all that I have to do in my yard to get ready for this year\'s gardening. My yard is a mess from the winter onslaught, so the first thing I have to do is clean up all the dead growth from last year, rebuild walls that the snow took down, pick up knocked over birdbaths, reattach trellises, clean up branches, etc. Of course, rather than just be glad that I have this hobby that I enjoy, I already have myself in a tizzy worrying about all that I have to do! Talk to you later.....Peggy
Hi Sis! How\'s the cold?? Sorry to hear your feeling low down and lousy. Does music ever help your moods? I like to listen to blues, rock and oldies. How about Etta James? Her sweet voice can brighten my days, even when I\'m feeling dreadful. Maybe I\'ll just have to call you. Sorry it\'s been so long. I love you and hope you are well.

I have a sinus infection now, as well, and it is really making feel fatigued and depressed. I think it goes with the territory! Give it a few days, and see if you don\'t feel better when the disease process gets a litte further along.
