I think Ebby is on the mend...hopefully anyway.  She's peeing much more regularly but to me it seems like it might be small amounts.  Will continue keeping watch.  2 more days left of pills (so just 4 pills left)...the process is actually going a heck of a lot smoother then I expected. She fights the little squirt of water I give her with a syringe (to make sure she swallows the pill) more then the pill itself.  I'm really blessed that she is so cooperative because I really did have visions of being full of lacerations and possibly missing body parts.  LOL. 
 
Originally I was planning for Ebby and I to go to my parents for Halloween but that was before she ended up with the infection and on medication. So much less complicated to just stay put so we had a quiet night in.  We don't get any Halloween visitors here so it was really just another night.  I treated myself to a chocolate cake in a mug and am still on a bit of a sugar high which is why it's almost 2am and I'm still awake.  On the plus side I got another load of dishes done and if I stick to it I should be able to get completely caught up tomorrow. 
 
I have some very wonderful friends who gave some contributions towards Ebby's recent vet visit so I was able to put that money on my credit card...the debt on there is still higher then I'd like but I'm so grateful that I had that option available to me for the vet.
 
Well, better get off the computer so I can try to wind down.  Happy First of November!  Can't even believe that it's already November...the year has been flying!!!
