Ebby and I both had doctor appointments today.  Mine was rescheduled from last week and hers was more of an urgent visit. She's had me worried almost a week as she was holding in her pee for a long time, 24 hours and as long as about 36!  I couldn't really do anything about it last night as only the emergency vet is open and I had a feeling she'd be okay until today. Got her in this afternoon and with exception of me saying she's holding her pee the vet couldn't find anything wrong on physical exam.  They mentioned they could do a urinalysis if I like (I think more to ease my mind) and she came back and said I was right, she does indeed have something going on and it turns out she has a bladder infection.  Vet seemed surprised at how in tuned I am to Ebby. So, she's on antibiotics for a week...hoping the process isn't too painful on either myself or Ebby. It's pills twice a day...so far so good.  Anyway, if you read this keep my baby girl (my cat) in your prayers.  In all other ways she's perfectly healthy which was nice to hear from the vet.  :)
