Feeling better today other then my insanely messed up sleep.  So the trazodone kicked in pretty quick and I was in bed and asleep before midnight...however, I was also wide awake again by 2am!  Not cool.  Eventually fell asleep again and didn't wake up until after 3:30pm.  Didn't even hear a thing until then.  Apparently my phone rang a bunch of times.
Trying a full dose of Trazodone tonight and hoping for better results....or at least not waking up in the middle of the night.  I've also planned ahead and made a recipe for breakfast that I found on pinterest for a clean eating refrigerator oatmeal.  Excited to try it when I wake up...hope it's half decent.
Didn't get my shower yet....that's horribly overdue but I did get some more dishes done and made a half decent supper tonight...chicken breasts in olive oil and garlic and veggies with coconut oil, curry, turmeric, and paprika...and I have leftovers!  So felt good to be a bit productive and eat a more balanced meal.  I'm still not eating enough in a day or drinking enough water but today was much better then it has been so I'm happy about that.  Depression can be such an evil thing at times.  I'm glad I get breaks from it and have good days in between the bad days.
I am worried I won't be able to get to my friends wedding in June...in Ontario.  I can definitely splurge and pay one way...but a return trip is near impossible without extreme debt.  I want to also make sure I see my other good friend that lives in Ontario and her little girl that I haven't met yet.  I have a couple options left to check but I'm just not sure.  Praying something works out.
Tomorrow is food bank day, hoping I get some food I can use, along with some healthy-ish convenience foods like single serve packages of nuts or something.  Costco is one of the places that regularly donates food to the food bank so we do get some goodies like that sometimes.  Lately we've been getting Larabars which most are gluten, dairy, and soy free and they taste pretty good.  Naturally sweetened with dates.  :)
My belly hurts a bit today, probably because I haven't been having bowel movements.  Hopefully tomorrow that'll change.  If not I'll be getting the Restoralax and Smooth Move Tea (has Senna in it) going again.  I should have done it today but I lost track of time and don't take it within a couple hours of meds.
Anyhow...think I'm off to get ready for bed.  Tomorrow I will definitely need to get my shower and well...the dishes never seem to get fully caught up.  Going to try to plan out a grocery list as well.

Try paper plates to help catch up!
Trazadone may slow your bowels down.
Have a good sleep. Night.
