I'm doing alright.  I do think I'm heading back on the upswing but slowly.  I did a couple days of workouts but took a break over the weekend since I was busy Saturday with family stuff and Sunday was kind of a recovery day.  Today I had a dental appointment at noon for a cleaning.  I somehow managed to get there in time and it went well as far as a dental cleaning can go.  No cavities so that's a bonus.  I almost always have cavities but not this time even after 2 years since the previous one.  I did some shopping afterwards and walked home so have been pretty lazy since I got home.  I did good though so not too concerned.  My mouth and head were aching so I ended up taking naproxen.  I was expecting worse though, in fact they told me to take something as soon as I got home as my gums would be really sore.  They're not too bad...was my jaw and head that hurt from having my mouth open so long.  And that wasn't until I had been home for a few hours.  Anyhow...I'm really tired so I'm just doing a sort of quick check in.  Planning to go to bed soon.  Trying to get on a better sleep/wake cycle for my insane appt on Wednesday.  The sigmoid... have to get up and do the prep at 6am and be there for 9am.  That might not be bad for some but lately I've been waking up around 1-2pm.  Today I woke up at 8:30-9am.  So working on it.  Made sure not to nap today.

It truly does help to not nap. Also try some I f the sleepy time tea at bedtime. Doesn\'t have any residual tiredness. :-)
