Trying hard to be good today and to think positively. I forced myself to have a bath...was beyond needing it. I hate how hard it is to do such a simple task when the depression hits.
I od'd on chocolate loaf. I got it from the food bank. I was suppose to keep it aside to give to mom or my sister....but I ate it...the entire thing. That wouldn't be so bad but it's full or wheat flour and goodness knows what else so I feel pretty gross. I guess it's better then taking more meds that I shouldn't. If I can get my act together to get some dishes done I think I'll cook up some veggies. Definitely feeling a need for something healthy after eating like crap.
I do feel ever so slightly better after having a bath though. This is good. I'll take it.

I find if I crave something like your chocolate loaf it means something like my electrolytes is out of balance. Been feeling exhausted all winter and carb bingeing. Finally went to my cardiologist who told me I probably had too much salt in my system even though I had no swelling or water retention at all. Gave me a water pill and K+ and 24hours later I felt so much happier...lighter and had some energy again.
So maybe you have a chemical imbalance causing your depression and mood swings. Just a thought. :)
