no real news and all the same things going on...fissures are ongoing, chronic yeast infection ongoing, everything ongoing despite continued treatments and drastic changes in multiple areas of my life...but mainly dietary. Waiting on a consult with surgery to see what they might be able to do to help the fissures.
My white blood cell count is at an all time low for me. My ANC is 350....usually 600 is the lowest number I see. The average person's level is 2000 to 7150....so a bit of a difference. Have to recheck my count in 2 weeks and we'll go from there. Also have to stay away from sick people...shall be fun with cold/flu season starting.
Other then that, I've gotten the okay to start volunteering at the SPCA so I'm going to put in my application soon. It'll be really good for me. Challenging but good.
My energy has been better thanks to acupuncture. My naturopathic doctor started doing it for me and it's really making a huge difference.
I've been keeping pretty busy. I've got some good friends that I try to get out with when my body lets me. I still don't have the energy I'd like but it's better then it was so I'm not complaining. Still trying to learn how to balance things though...not sure I'll ever learn.
This weekend is our (Canada) Thanksgiving. Sunday I have a nice family dinner that I'm going to. It'll be challenging because there are so many things I don't eat not...wheat/gluten, dairy, soy, and tomato. I may relax the rules for some of the things though since it's Thanksgiving. I'm still avoiding wheat but will probably make exceptions on the others.
Towards the end of November I see another specialist that will help me determine if there are other foods I need to be avoiding or if it's okay to add back anything.
Overall things are good...if I could just get the chronic issues cleared up then they'd be great! :)

It\'s so good to hear from you. I\'m sorry that you are having all these cronic conditions. It sucks! Continue to be persistant and determined and you will find what you need to feel better. I\'m glad your going to church and that you have met some friends. I hope your thanksgiving was fun. I am still in treatment in Indiana. I have tried to write you a few times, but I\'m unsure of the postage so I just waited till I got internet priviliages. I will send you a message with more info. Love you and I\'m praying for you! Take care, HUGS!!!!
