This cold/bug/virus/monster or whatever the heck it is sure is a awful.  I think, MAYBE, that I might have hit the worst of it.  God, I hope so.  I've started taking the ol' Flovent again that I probably haven't taken in about a year.  Were this cold seems to be concentrating in my chest I don't want to take chances with the asthma kicking in.  So far though, I have been taking it as a preventative measure.  Nothing like a shot of steroids to kick start you in the right direction.  LOL.  My nose has been alternating between, leaking, half blocked, and relatively clear.  I'm actually quite thankful it hasn't been much in my head as that would be even more miserable. Anyhow...I actually had enough energy to get some dishes done and a few other little odds and ends so I am taking that as a sign the worst is over.  Another few days and I should be able to get out and function again.  The feeling of being a giant slime bucket has also lessened so another good sign.  LOL.

Well, aside from that not really much of anything going on.  I've been laying low.  Sleeping whenever I can sleep no matter the time, drinking lots of lemon water, watching some movies, reading, and just attempting to relax between hacking/coughing fits.

I guess, since it's after 3am though I should try to go get some sleep again.

Gratitude:

1. Grateful that it isn't a head cold

2. Grateful for mom who picked up a few essentials I needed (kleenex, chicken soup, oranges, healthy stuff...lol)

3. Grateful that I'm not currently working because I don't have to worry about sick days or anything job related while feeling like this
