It's been a few days but generally speaking no news is good news.  Had a wonderful Easter with family and just been having an all out great time.

I see my naturopathic doctor tomorrow....errr...today... I really should be sleeping...lol.  For the most part the yeast is cleared up... but I'm having some skin irritation the last couple days which may be from yeast or may be from the hydrocortisone portion of the medicinal cream I'm using.  I suspect I should have been using the candigen cream a little more but have just been too busy and in and out and it needs to be kept in the fridge so I really haven't bothered.  Will see what she says.  Also hoping to remember to ask her about magnesium.  The stuff I have totally sucks and doesn't work hardly at all anyway.  My legs are so twitchy and move all over the place and I just can't do anything about it.  Magnesium used to do the trick...now it takes that and valerian to get some sort of relief and I don't really want to be taking both.  I'd like to figure out something I can do from a diet perspective that would help but I'm struggling enough right now with the changes.  Honest though, my hardest part is getting protein.  I do not get anywhere near enough.

Grateful:

1. Grateful God sent His only Son to Earth as a human and that he died on the cross for our sins... what an insanely courageous act.  I can't imagine going through even a small fraction of that.

2. Grateful for holiday feasts.... yes all rules were out the window... I ate EVERYTHING!  Way too much but it was just so good and I don't plan to have another splurge day like that until maybe Christmas...maybe.

3. Grateful that we had Easter dinner at my sisters and after I ate an obscene amount of food I was able to take her dog for a walk...it sure helped me feel better...

So grateful you are feeling better. Sometimes my magnesium doesn\'t work welland it is the coating. So I chew them and wash them down with plenty of water. Kind of gross but it works for me.
