I'm back at my apartment after just over 3 weeks of "vacationing" at my parents.  Had a great time...first time since childhood that I've been there that long and gotten along and actually enjoyed it.  But that said, it's still great to be back at my apartment in my own space.

Ebby's having fun re-exploring our home.  She's going to miss the space...or I'm going to miss her having that space as she is a crazy funny little thing but we'll survive.  I sometimes call her a little black tornado as she just gets zooming around like crazy sometimes and rearranges everything.

Planning to go crawl into bed shortly.  I haven't been up a long time but am exhausted.  I swear it takes me all day to get everything packed and then loaded in the car and then unloaded and I'm only about half unpacked.  It's like moving...but not quite.

Anyway...the yeast infection is pretty much all cleared up.  I've stopped using the candigen cream and am only using the nystatin and hydrocortisone now.  She has that I should use it for 3 weeks but tomorrow is 1 week and it's so much better.  I'll definitely go another week and then see.  I'll see my naturopathic doctor at that point and maybe she can give her two cents worth.

I'm struggling with constipation and hard bm and that's irritating the fissures....although oddly enough it seemed like the really soft thin bm's were even more irritating as they were incomplete and harder to clean up.  Could wipe and wipe and wipe forever it seemed.  Even using wet wipes.  I know....too much info.  But this is more or less my health journal so I'm including it.  I hope to find something in between the two extremes.  I'm getting enough fibre and enough water so not sure what the issue is.  I added half a teaspoon of coconut oil into my herbal tea and that was an awesome way to get it into me so I'll do that a couple times a day and work up to a higher dose.  Just happy to have found a way I can get it in me without eating it by the spoonful...since that was just gross.

Gratitude:

1. For my apartment...even if I don't like the area or the neighbours all that much... it's still my own space and a roof over my head and a place to call my own.  Someday I'll have something I like more.

2. Cars... because I would hate to have to travel back and forth by horse and wagon with all that stuff (although I admit it would be kind of fun and quite the experience to do an old fashion horse and wagon trip).

3. Coconut milk... because it tastes yummy and is a great substitute for dairy milk... I have liked it in almost everything I've tried it with and even in cooking and usually you can't tell the difference.  :)
