Ackkk! Today has been challenging. I was burning and itchy and irritated before even getting out of bed. I can't sit for more then 5 minutes, it just burns too much. I did a sitz bath this afternoon and did the first dose of candigen cream after I air dried for awhile. It felt soothing but it's going to need multiple doses before I notice anything probably. In the meantime just continuing to do what I need to do and for the most part have been doing. I've basically stopped my workouts though because it's just irritating things even more. Starting to feel like this is going to last forever but I know it's not. This is temporary it will eventually get better. Just doing my best.
I picked up coconut milk yesterday and I like that so that isn't a hard switch. The hard part is in cooking and baking. Not that I do a lot of either...but things like mashed potato. Mom remembered not to put milk but she forgot and put butter. *sigh*
Anyway...I'm frustrated and super uncomfortable but staying positive.

I guess you\'ll have to volunteer to do the cooking so you can keep track of what is in your food for awhile. Bakes ng isn\'t too hard but if you buy prepared gluen free flours and mixes it does get more costly. I make up my own baking mixes as things like gluen free bisquick is just mostly corn meal with some rice or bean flour and mashed potato flakes. Add baking soda baked ng powder eggs a little oil and water voila pancakes or bisciuts or cornbread !
I\'m so sorry. I wish there was more I could do to help. Have you tried margarine instead of butter? I bake and cook with almond milk, you can hardly taste the difference.
