Had a psych appointment today which went well. All things considered I'm doing well except for the understandable medical/physical issues which are ongoing....but from a psych standpoint I'm doing well and I agree. Yay. :)
Afterwards I decided to try buying another barrier zinc oxide ointment to try. Well...I picked up one by Burts Bee's because it's a good name and more natural and when I finally got home to try it...I don't think I tolerated more then 30 min before I had to wash it off. I don't know if that means I'm allergic to zinc oxide or something else in them but I think I'm done trying anything with zinc oxide for the time being. Holy hell, that's really all I can say there.
My parents and I were invited to my sister and bro-in-laws for supper...so was nice to get there for a bit. Ate too much but hard not to when you eat there. So good. Homemade baked beans, homemade pulled pork, and a spinach salad. Yummy!
I'm going to try to remember to call for an appointment with a naturopathic doctor tomorrow. Enough is enough.
That's it from me. Ebby and I are still at my parents and enjoying it. I love watching her have the run of the house and being too busy exploring to play with her kitty toys. She just has to check out every inch. She is soooooo curious and has to watch everything everyone is doing and follows me around the house like a little shadow. She was pretty upset that she got left behind while we went to supper. Oh well...she survived and is curled up in a ball at my feet. Love her like crazy.
