November 6 2012 was indeed the 1 year mark since I was discharged from hospital last. To the best of my memory I don't believe I have cut or overdosed since that time...so it is also a year for that. I never thought I'd get to this point. And be happy about it. But I am. I'm so thankful to have survived and to be on the upswing. It won't always be as good as it is right now...and sometimes it will be even better....but I'm thankful and blessed to be were I am today. Thank you God, my friends, my family, my cat Ebby, my professional supports mental health and otherwise.
