Better
Feeling better today...definitely think getting off the Oxazepam was a good move. My roommate is away for a bit so I slept in the living room last night on the futon...it's soooooo much more comfortable and I sleep much better. Woke up to my alarm and then looked on facebook (on my phone) and saw that it's a snow day! This is the first day all winter that schools and businesses have been closed....very odd for here for it to be this late in the season. The mall was still open though so my friend and I went there for a coffee and hung out for a bit. My walk there and back was rather interesting since not all the sidewalks were cleared yet and in spots there were piles (from plows) up to my waist. Ah well...was kinda fun. I got home and had more coffee and got dishes done...and caught up on all the entries I was behind on. Am totally planning a movie night tonight. Tomorrow is the appointment with the podiatrist again. They called me to make it earlier because of the reaction I had. I don't know if they'll be able to do anything or not....it drained all inside my sock today while I was at the mall. Yuck. Anyway...other then that not to much going on. Just trying to keep things stable. My arm is looking better...can barely tell I did anything to it except that it's super bruised still. Ah well. Trying not to think of it...still having slight thoughts of SI. I edited my goal but I'm not planning to start tracking until March 1....I just don't want it in my brain for a little bit. Sometimes it's better just to take a break from thinking about it. Well...gonna go. It's hard to paint nails and type at same time....and not ruin the paint job...lol

Glad things are looking brighter! Love ya,

It was a sloppy walking day for sure but you did get more snow than us. I walked in it also and it\'s kind of hard to dodge puddles of slush, cars, etc. Glad you didn\'t Sl. Have you ever tried the red marker?
Hope your foot heals. take care xo
