Last night plan for sleep only semi worked...but if I can somehow manage to keep from napping today I should be on track better.  I was asleep by around 12:30-1am-ish...but was woken up at 2:30am...snowplows were making a racket.  I totally remember why I said last winter that I wouldn't live here this winter...wowsers.  Anyway....so I was awake and fairly wide awake so I again did my daily Bible reading and then because I was a little hungry and didn't want breakfast yet I made a protein shake.  After finishing that I switched my pillow from the head of the bed to the foot of the bed...odd I know...but sometimes it makes a difference and around 4:30am was able to fall asleep again.  I woke up long before my alarm...it was set for noon...I woke up at about 10:30am.  Needless to say I'm actually pretty sleepy now and it's only 1:30pm.  Sadly, I'm usually still asleep or just waking up at this point.  At least at this point I've been awake and had breakfast and coffee and completed my morning routine.  I may have a greens + energy shake here shortly....and then if I really can't fight the drowsiness I will allow a nap...only because I've gotten all the wake up stuff completed....so I consider it as having made progress.  Preferrably I'll figure out a way to keep my body awake and my eyelids open.  lol.  Anyhow...whatever happens happens...no worries.  Last night wasn't ideal but it was an improvement.   My biggest plan for today is to check the mailbox...not really that big of a deal.  My roommate and I are expecting a package though and it should be in by now, but according to the tracking site it's just traveling the city enjoying the sites while the postal workers take their jolly ol' time.  Hoping I'll get a little slip today saying they've dropped it at the post office and then maybe tonight or tomorrow I will be able to go pick it up.  They never bring it up to the door to see if anyone is home...buggers.  Anyway...it is what it is.  It'll come eventually. My mouth is really sore....the gums...behind the last mollar were my wisdom tooth used to be.  I don't know if I cut it on something or what but it's swollen and hurts like crazy just to even drink water.  Keeping an eye on it, and doing extra mouth rinses and all that stuff to kill any bacteria that might be causing the problem.  It hasn't been getting any worse...but hasn't felt any better either.  We'll see over the next few days.   Also, I ended up taking out my eyebrow piercing a few nights ago.  I was just getting too annoyed with it.  Was itchy and never fully healed and was still draining a little bit so I figured enough was enough and took it out.  I though that maybe I'd just take it for a night but it sealed over super quick so I've just been cleaning the area and trying to make sure it heals up as best as it can.  It doesn't look too bad considering.  Every day seems a little better.  I have a feeling there will always be scar tissue between the entry and exit points but the only reason I think that is because I can feel it if I touch the area.   Anyway...gonna get going.  Want to check the mail while I have a little motivation in me and then go from there. Oh...one other thing though...I know looking at my goal (continue to stay cut free) it looks really weird on the tracker.  I was going to start it off at zero but decided I didn't want to discredit how far I've made it.  I just wanted to be able to mark the 6 month one complete.  So I started this one at the # of days I left off on the other one.  And will have a set end date in mind, in this case March 31, 2010.  As long as I don't slip up then I'll keep meeting the goals no problem and the tracker is just gonna have to look weird.  LOL.

Use Listerine or something with an alcohol base to wash your mouth and tooth several times a day. It could be your sinuses backed up. Mine have caused gum infection before.
