Wow, I'm super tired these days...but I think now it's side effects of the increased dose of medication. It's a different tired then what I was experiencing before. I saw my psychologist yesterday and he agreed that I did the right thing by calling my psychiatrist and increasing the meds...he said if I hadn't done that and was still feeling down when I saw him he was going to recommend that. I also wrote an email to my Occupational Therapist letting her know I didn't meet the goals that we had set but let her know what's been going on and that I needed to change my goals to things that are more of a necessity right now...like making sure I spend a few hours out of my room, try to get dressed most day, eat...things that sound so simple but are a chore right now. She also agreed I was doing the right thing...so I guess that means I'm doing the right thing. I still wish I felt as good as I did a couple months ago but it is what it is and I'm at least thankful that it's not like last year at this time. Today is 160 days since last time I cut. It's hard for me to believe. Oh, yesterday after seeing psychology I walked about 20-30 minutes before getting on the bus...by the time I got home I was so tired I ended up sleeping from around supper time to about 9:30pm. Woke up for awhile, did a few things, took benedryl and was asleep again for the night and didn't get up until 1:30pm today. And I'm still tired...but I moved from my room to the living room so at least I've completed one of today's goals. I'm not planning a whole lot for the next two days because I have at least 3 days of appointments this week and I think that will be plenty unless I'm feeling a whole lot less tired in the next few days. I'd like to maybe go for a short walk tomorrow if the weather is nice and maybe pick up some stamps so I can mail some Christmas cards.
