Don't even know what to write Had an appointment with psychology today and it went well.  He knew I wasn't feeling well, as I called before going to give them the heads up I've got some sort of bug, but that I was willing to come if they wanted me.    This bug is really knocking me on my butt today...came home and had supper and have been sleeping ever since.  It's 10pm now.  My head and body ache and I'm coughing, sniffling, and sneezing a ton.  Anyhow, enough about that. didn't hit the walking goal today...my parents were in the city and drove me to and from my appointment.
