SUN, there's sun!  Woohoo!  I can actually be happy about sun now that I have curtains in my apartment to help it stay cooler.  They make it so much more tolerable.  In fact, I see all the facebook status' saying that it's so hot and humid and I'm in my apartment thinking of grabbing a blanket...lol.  Ah well.  I'm definitely not complaining. I woke up when my alarm went off at 11:45am.  I'm working on trying to get up earlier and earlier each day again...not worrying so much about bedtime right now...since that's when I am most likely to do stupid things...like cut.  I haven't in the last few days.  Just taking a break again from tracking it because keeping track of it has this way of keeping it in my head and then I end up having more urges.  But tracking it is good too in some ways because then I can see what I can accomplish.  So I will start up again in the next week or so.  Just giving myself a break from that. I have a movie to watch that's got to go back to the library today.  Blah.  They changed the way borrowing dvd's works and now we can't renew them.  :(  That really bites so I've decided after I watch this one I'm not going to borrow dvd's anymore.  It's too much stress to get it watched and back in time for me.  And it usually ends up costing more for me to make a special trip than to just keep them an extra day.  So if I don't take them back today I will have to try extra hard to get them back tomorrow because it'll cost me more to keep them more then one day past the date then making the special trip.  That probably didn't make any sense but hey, that's me for ya.   I haven't been able to get ahold of my sister today or anyone at her house.  I think one of their phones is off the hook so I don't know how she's doing.  I'm worried.  I suspect it's viral but it sure hit her hard to the point she was almost fainting and couldn't lift her head of the pillow yesterday...also not able ot keep anything down.  I hate when people are sick. I need to start watching my spending.  I've been using the credit card.  I'm just so tired of having to be so strict with my spending that I just want to have a break from that and enjoy things a bit.  I did buy some neat things yesterday at the mall and tried to keep it to inexpensive items but it all adds up.  Dollarama (dollar store) and Ardene (cheapy accessory store...think jewellry, cool socks, lip gloss, handbags, etc) were where I spent the most....with the exception of the liquor store and supper at the mall.  I did find some really neat deals.  Got some cute toe rings from Ardene's...I had one a few years ago but it broke and I had never seen another one I liked but yesterday I found a package of 3 (2 of which I liked), plus another one that came with a cute ankle bracelet, and a pair of earrings that I liked.  It was cheaper to buy all together to get one or two things seperately.  You know those 3 for $10 deals.  One thing alone would have been 6 or 7 dollars.   Sometimes I think you just need to enjoy life and live as if it was the last day....and worry about the stressors another day.   I kind of lost my train of thought...the phone rang.  So I guess I'll end this up now and get the rest of my breakfast on the go.
