Had my meeting with rehab. I really liked her and think she'll help me a lot. She's actually an occupational theraist but specializes in rehabilitation. I think she'll be more helpful then the occupational therapists I've seen in the past and help me get on track with daytime structure and activity and improving my sleep-wake cycle. Those are the area's we're starting now...with the eventual goal of returning to work. I'm really happy with how that went. She also knows who the psychotherapist was and seemed to agree that for my personality type her approach isn't the right one for me. It works great for some people but not so much for me. Anyway, so that went really great. The reason I have the okay face up instead of green is because physically I'm hurting. I'm having chest pain today that hurts to breath...but I have a feeling it is muscular. It just has been feeling worse throughout the day instead of better, but it's not severe. And since I've been to the doctors and ER multiple times in the past for chest pain and been fine I'm just sort of monitoring things. No fever. Blood pressure and Heart rate are normal/high-normal. Don't think it's anxiety related though I took an ativan a little while ago just to cover that base. Going to go the route of tylenol in a little while to see if that help. If that doesn't help then will try Gaviscon...but I don't think it's heart burn or reflux related either. I think it's probably muscular so I'll probably notice improvement with the Tylenol. Gosh, I feel like I'm practically a doctor...lol. If things get worse I'll seek treatment but I'll cover the basis from home first. Anyway, that's about it. Mentally good, physically not. Haha, can't win can ya. Always one or the other. Going to go do dishes and then grab a shower. Planning to watch IDOL with my roommate tonight.
