Well my appointments were both good today overall. My eyes look good, no sign of damage from the overdose on the plaquenil last year so that's good news. My moods are still low but I'm still coping as well as I can and trying to ride it out. Talked with my psychiatrist about this and she said there are a lot of various issues going on so we'll give it a couple weeks of just riding things out. Was physical issues, sleep issues, financial issues (above and beyond the usual), apartment issues (leaks, water, rodents), hormonal time of month, among other things. We also talked about the independent psych review I had a little while back and she pretty much agrees with it. My primary psychiatric issue is Major Depression and they feel I have traits of Borderline Personality Disorder but not the actual disorder. This is what I've suspected for awhile. My current treatment won't change any except I will be starting to see a psychologist for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy starting next week...but that was going to happen regardless. I was on a wait list since last fall. The exterminators were in today and said looks like we caught the problem early but they put down a bunch of traps and some powder in one of the walls were there is a hole and that should take care of the problem. Tonight I am going to print out the paper work to file with the residencial tenancy act as well as the notice of termination to let our landlord know we're not planning on staying past August 1. Also watching the big smoke clouds billowing outside...there's a forest fire about 30 minute (driving distance) away. It's quite huge for the fires we get around here. But shouldn't affect where I am, except for air quality. Anyway, got a major case of indigestion that the gaviscon is doing nothing about and I need to go get some of the paper work printed out. I think I'll just do what I need to do tonight and chill in front of the tv or watch a movie...or maybe I'll read a book while I watch the planes go by dropping water on the fire. Kinda neat to be able to see them from my living room. Sad though that probably at least 10 homes have been lost, probably some of those are some of the nicer higher quality homes of the city.
