Looks like a lovely day outside today so I'm going to take advantage of it and go to a local expo that's going on this weekend.  My parents and one of my sisters are going as well. Yesterday was super windy but I went out anyway.  I had a focus group to go to to give our opinions on a booklet that is being created about depression and suicide.  We got paid $20 for it and they provided pizza and pop as well.  Can't complain...although it was a little bit hard to be there.  Afterwards I went and got groceries so the money didn't last but it was needed.   As for the money stuff I found out my monthly income will be slightly less then I've been getting but not by much so I'm not as stressed about that.  I somehow misread one of the letters I got but have got things all cleared up now.  I feel better about that then I did. Woke up this morning feeling like I haven't slept and my muscles ache in my chest, back, shoulder, neck, and head.  It's from walking home carrying the groceries....but it was too cold to stand outside to wait for the bus when I could walk and get home before I would even be able to catch a bus.  So I just sucked it up and carried them home.  One thing I discovered this morning though is Ice Gel burns!  I got it because it was cheaper then Myoflex but am thinking I should've spent the extra on the Myoflex.  Ah well.  Live and learn, right.   I'll use this up as long as I don't get a rash from it. Well, I need to go get ready for the Saltscape Expo.  Should be a good time.
