Wow, can't believe I didn't write yesterday...was such a fantastic day. Physio went well but was given more exercises then I was wanting...ah well...whatever it takes...but opps...I already messed up and missed doing them today. Tomorrow will get on it. She also lent me a buckwheat pillow to try to see if I like it better then my current pillows (which isn't hard...I hate those). Treated myself to lunch at the Italian Market afterwards. Was fantastic. Had a grilled vegetable sandwich and a cafe late. Was so yummy and worth the money. I don't treat myself much so it was great. And it was healthy...at least the sandwich. Will go back in a few months when I have some extra money again since it's only a 10-15 min walk from my place. Met up with my mom and we went shopping! Was fun. I ended up getting an exercise balance stability ball or whatever they are called. Got home, pumped it up and sat on it like the rest of the night. LOL. Even when I was on the computer. Was grand fun. Next week I'll start exercises on it...but sitting on it at the computer is good too. Notice my posture is so much better. Sleep was okay...but was hard getting up. I had a pretty low key morning and went to my psychiatry appointment in the afternoon. We decided to increase the prozac to get it to a therapeutic level but will likely keep it at a low dose. I still feel the depression, I've just decided to not let it get the best of me so much. I need to get on with my life. Met up with Mom again and I did some banking and then we went back to my place and cleaned up a bit and she helped me get the new bed skirt on my bed and flip the mattress and some stuff I've been wanting to do but is easier to do with 2 people. Then packed up and am now at my parents house for a few days/nights. Possibility I may go with my sister to see Marley and Me. The theatres here are having a special on admissions this week. So would be great if it works out. Not the end of the world if it doesn't. Well, it's almost 2am so I want to log off and go try to sleep.
