Didn't end up going to lunch with my family, just was not physically up for it. And I couldn't see the sense in going to lunch and paying an insane amount of money when I can't even reliably eat a small bowl of apple sause. My sisters did end up stopping in though for a little bit after so was good to see them. Feel asleep at like 4:30pm in the afternoon yesterday and woke up at 7pm. Opps...so much for getting my night sleep on track. Worked out anyway though as I was in too much abdominal pain through the night to get comfortable enough to sleep. Watched the movie Wall-e. Cute. And fell asleep around 6:30-ish am...give or take a bit. Woke up today at exactly 12 noon which is pretty good. Means I still have an okay chance at sleeping some decent hours tonight...hopefully. :) In the mean time trying not to stress about it. It is what it is right now and I will eventually get on track...and hopefully stay unmedicated (or at least in regards to sleep). Depends of course on how my moods go...but I am trying hard to not let the lack of sleep and the physical things get the better of me and my mental health issues. I think my abdominal stuff may be starting to turn around...finally. I woke up and took my periet and actually felt for a bit like I could eat a horse. Of course I started eating and my stomach had other ideas but I take the fact I am at least feeling hungry at times and able to eat somewhat before being in pain as a good sign. It does seems better in the first bit of my day then the rest. So will keep working on it. Haven't lost anymore weight...and haven't put any other...so at least I'm maintaining. Mind you I wouldn't mind losing weight...but I'd rather do it in a healthy way. The bloating was better (though still there) until I ate. Now it's kinda bad again...but I'll deal. Kinda getting used to it. See my family doctor on Tuesday and will see what she has to say if it's still an issue. Will also find out the results of the bloodwork that I did get done and get the wonderful pap done that every woman I know looks forward to oh so much. Also, the wound recheck too...I still have steri-strips on it. It still looks kinda gross to me...so trying to keep them on as best I can until she can look at it..though I am thinking one more shower and the strips will be off on their own. I have more I can put on it if need be...but would like to put polysporin on it for a bit too...so will see what the strips decide to do next time I have a shower. Oh, I don't know if anyone remembers a few months ago I posted about a dog named Brindi who was seized by animal control officers here and sent to live at the pound and be euthanized...well her owner faught hard for the last 6 months and it paid off. They won. So Brindi (the name of the dog) gets to live and will get to go home. Yay! http://freebrindi.blogspot.com/ That makes me so happy! :D
